3 hours later I decided to again log in to check my account. 30 minutes on the phone he stated that he had updated my insurance to ******** and ****** ********** and the bill would be filed with them. I explained the problem and that this bill should be filed with ******** and my supplement. I called the billing number on the bill, ************ and spoke with *** *. As stated before I have original ******** and a supplemental insurance plan. I went to the website and my insurance was listed as ****** ** *****, which I have never had. It was listed as "*************.com" and a pin number was also listed. It also had a website for billing that I could go to and check my account. It stated that my insurance was with "****** ** *****" and that was who it had been submitted too. On 11-15-21 I received a bill from MAWD, account # *************** stating it had been turned into my insurance and had been denied, and that I owed $600.23.
All bills were paid by my original ******** and my *********** ********** plan, except MAWD Pathology.
